Susan and Oliver were known as Young Wizards of Science of 21'st century.Their inventions look simple to handle but very alluring and interesting. They were just like the times, the major companies approached them for the blueprints of their inventions but they never sold any piece of information because they believed everyone would misuse those precious inventions for their own benefits.

"Oliver, that's amazing!" screamed Hanks.
"Hanks, It's just a prototype. There's still lot to do" said Oliver smiling brightly.
"I know but what was this actually?" He asked moving around.
"Susan said to zip my mouth", he said.
"She's ...
"I think you need to wait for the surprise", she said tapping on his shoulder from behind.
"It's good to see you", he said turning around covering his disappointment.
"Me too", she replied.
She walked to the nearby desk and grabbed pile of papers. "Go through these, it'll be easy to understand", She added.
"Not again", he said.
"You were part of the bargain", Said Oliver.
"Should I remember all these?"
"Yeah, It's a grand Franchise expo at San Francisco.So I want you, to well prepare", Suggested Susan.
"So, this is going to be great exposure for you guys", he remarked. "We", said Susan.

It was 4 P.M already. Oliver and Hanks are preparing themselves for the demo while Susan is nervously waiting in the restroom.
"That's a huge crowd", said Hanks nervously.
"Yeah I too feel the same", said Oliver.
"Why don't you stand along with him", he suggested looking at Susan.
"Me? There I can't", she said." I can do my best standing here", she said holding Hanks hand.
"Better join me today.I don't want you to sit back this time", said Oliver.
"Yeah, Susan. You need to show off that science geek looks pretty with glasses", said Hanks.
"I'll help", Assured Oliver.

"Another half an hour", said Susan looking at the ticking clock.Our competitors have given their best", She added going through those papers.
"I'll begin with intro, Oliver going to catch up with the details and you go with the flow", reminded Hanks boosting her before putting the show.

All flashes, cameras, stood before them as soon as they entered. Susan couldn't focus with that sudden crowd. Since childhood she suffered with constant illness and especially from fear of crowds which is commonly called as Agoraphobia. That's the reason, she's always feared to go out and scared to face something, which triggers her fears and makes her anxious.

Both men, held her hands tightly covering her up to avoid the cameras.

"Determining the best solution to know what happens at future and what happened at past we present you the invention of our Wizards - The TIME TASTE- TTT 16" began Mr Hanks as usually.
"TTT was our latest 27th invention. This is for the reason and for the purpose to change our tomorrow for the better cause. It has the capability to take us to different times and unlock different answers we seek. Today, is the time to decide for better tomorrow. With the help of this we can avoid unpredictable events that may happen in future. We can know who's going to be our next president, or when a natural disaster may occur. There's always a chance to know which super heroes are going to join in the next avengers series. To that remark every laughed in excitement. And also we can avoid the world war that may happen.
Better not tomorrow is what I suggest said Susan interrupting Oliver with a smile. Since it's not advisable, why don't we go back to the past and check about the facts that we are not aware of continued Susan gripping herself with a brilliant smile.
What do we want to know? Hmm! Shall we go and check about out first president? Or how we started working on nuclear bomb which is invented by Einstein? Or what about the greatest things that happened like ...

"Miss Wallace Said a man among the crowd. Do you think it works? Because I have seen movies where your prototype like things failed with great loss" he added.
"I prefer to be called as Susan.Coming to your question, our's is not just a science model. You might have known about our inventions and at the same time you are not stupid to attend this demo unless you are positive about it", She said.With those words, audience became silent. She glanced the entire crowd expecting questions but nobody dared. That was a clever move Susan remarked Oliver under his breath.

That was wonderful presentation. We are happy to say that this would be exhibited in Paris Elite Scientists 2016 's as one of the precious inventions announced Bruce who is member organizing the event.

"Prototype - The TIME TASTE- TTT 16, designed by Oliver and Susan is going to be exhibited in Paris Elite Scientists 2016. That's a true achievement to be a part of this exciting event."

"Young brilliance has been awarded with prestigious chance to present their achievements at Elite Scientists expo."

"Univerisity students of South Carolina grabbed the chance to be part of Paris Elite Scientists 2016 to present their new invention prototype The TIME TASTE- TTT 16"

Wow! Man. You guys rocked as usually said Hanks looking at all those news papers. I wish I would be there he said. I'm happy and excited. Why don't you join us Hanks said Susan. I know, But I'm not allowed there said Hanks disappointed. We're team. Stop talking nonsense and come with us she said.

The exhibition is successful. The entire Paris put their best in lightening the event.This is not just a prestigious event for scientists but honorable to stand there. Susan and Oliver efforts at their young age is what resulted to put them high....Hanks as usually accompanied them to support.

Hmmn! I feel honoured said Hanks.

"Wow! It's great", screamed Hanks." Let's do something crazy to celebrate this", He said. "Then let's write code", said Oliver. "Oh! no", Sighed Susan. "Susan, I and Hanks have meeting with Bruce, so stay at your room. If possible take my journal and check if needed to do any corrections", he added. Susan felt disappointed since they are leaving her alone. "Oh! my how can you Oliver? Let her have fun", he said showing some executive card. "Take this", he said. "What is this actually?" Asked Susan."This is an executive pass for the SPA which is on other side of the hotel. Have some time for yourself and relax", he said."Thank you Hanks", Smiled Susan.
"Do whatever you want but get back to the room quickly. Tomorrow we need to leave early" Said Oliver in serious tone."Sure", Said Susan.

"Susan.. Susan.. Get up. Are you okay?" Different voices surrounded me but all familiar among them is Oliver's voice which is closer and deadly.

"How did she end up here? When did she come? We searched the entire hotel. Out of blue she appeared here that too in this state. Please check the things. I need to know what happened exactly?" Said Hanks to the police and the chief officers there.

"Susan! what happened to you?" Asked Oliver.
"I'm fine", I lied. "You need rest", he said.
"I feel we need to get back home" She said uneasily.
"Yeah I think the same", added Hanks.

After few weeks...

Susan and Oliver got back to their work. Hanks visiting them to either cheer them up or asking them to take a break. Busy in their experiments re-writing their code and logic.
"Can you guys join me for drinks?" Said Hanks walking in. They didn't even bother to respond. "I feel bad to be ignored like this", he added.
"Don't disturb us", Said Susan."I know you guys are busy, that's the reason I brought some help to you", he said smiling. "We don't want any if you can mind your own business", Said Susan. "If you want you can interview him. He's good at quantum physics. He's is good at his own theories and inventions and moreover he's smart at coding" Added Hanks. "Okay, send him", said Oliver after making up his mind to disqualify him.
"Really, Ol?" He said and called someone to get in. "Meet him", he said pointing a tall guy with blue eyes and handsome face.
"You" She said as soon as she looked at him. "Yeah.Do you know me?" He asked."No, not really", she replied and walked away."Come with me", said Oliver taking him to his office. After three hours, that tall man came out feeling fresh and exciting."I know you will make it", Said Hanks appreciating him.
"He's not bad", said Oliver smiling." I think it's advantage to be our assistant", he added.
"We are good on our own. Why do we need him now?" Said Susan checking her notes.
"Let's talk about that later", Said Oliver cutting off the topic where she wants to lead.

"Tomorrow he'll be in time", assured Hanks."Thank you Mr Oliver said that tall man. Before leaving, he looked at Susan who seemed to be worried about something.

"Good Morning Oliver!" Said the new assistant. Yeah Good Morning young man said Oliver.
"What am I supposed to do today?" He asked humbly looking around the stuff in the lab.
"Don't touch that", screamed Susan. Don't scare him Said Oliver. Ask your assistant to stay away from my stuff" said Susan walking towards them. Good Morning Miss Walace he said. "I prefer Susan", she replied. "Miss Susan, I was assigned to assist both of you not just your senior Mr Oliver he reminded her. Who are you talk back me. I think you are here not just to assist us but to learn. So learn manners first instead of wasting your time. Time? Time, the most precious have left me in awe with your great performance at Paris Elite Exhibition he remarked. I know that but ....
"Stop it said Oliver approaching them. Why do you guys fight as if you know each other."
"I'm sorry that my fist day in my job has to be ruined by some ignorant person", said the new assistant. Oliver chuckled and said " entertainment besides work is fun.

By the way, Mr Miller study these drafts and prepare abstract of what you understood", said Oliver. "Sure", said he. "Study well", Added Susan.

Within two days, Miller submitted the abstract with precise explanation surprising Oliver.But Susan picked some points and asked him to do again. "Can you come with the laws of physics that we are implying here?" Asked Oliver in a serious tone.

According to those drafts, you are trying to imply concepts like

-Traveling faster than the speed of light
-The use of cosmic strings and black holes
-Wormholes

Even though the first two have certain proofs for their existence, there is no proper theory for Worm holes is what we are trying to overcome right now.
But that can be possible if we try setting a sample scenario using Einstein's theory of relativity.
He walked to the white board which is where Susan is standing and started explaining.
Wormholes can be good choice to travel from one universe to another universe.
We can use traversable wormhole maybe you are not quite aware of it.One end of the wormhole is accelerated to some significant fraction of the speed of light, perhaps with some advanced propulsion system, and then brought back to the point of origin. Alternatively, another way is to take one entrance of the wormhole and move it to within the gravitational field of an object that has higher gravity than the other entrance, and then return it to a position near the other entrance. For both of these methods, time dilation causes the end of the wormhole that has been moved to have aged less than the stationary end, as seen by an external observer; however, time connects differently through the wormhole than outside it, so that synchronized clocks at either end of the wormhole will always remain synchronized as seen by an observer passing through the wormhole, no matter how the two ends move around.This means that an observer entering the accelerated end would exit the stationary end when the stationary end was the same age that the accelerated end had been at the moment before entry; for example, if prior to entering the wormhole the observer noted that a clock at the accelerated end read a date of 2007 while a clock at the stationary end read 2012, then the observer would exit the stationary end when its clock also read 2007, a trip backward in time as seen by other observers outside. One significant limitation of such a time machine is that it is only possible to go as far back in time as the initial creation of the machine; in essence, it is more of a path through time than it is a device that itself moves through time, and it would not allow the technology itself to be moved backward in time.

"But we require substance with negative energy.Technically speaking,construction of such traversable wormhole violates various energy conditions", said Susan. "You are right Susan that is due to Casimir effect", Stated Oliver."You can't have such an induced clock difference unless you use quantum fields", he added.
"We can't bring two ends of the worm hole together since warmhole itself collapses when they repel each other. So you should configure 'n' number of wormholes arranged in symmetric polygon suggested", Miller at last.
"That's good idea", screamed Susan after that long discussion. "Perfect, that's perfect young man", said Oliver. "Impressive", said Susan smiling at him. Miller without any expression he walked to his desk. "This is my theory", he said giving his journal to them.

How's the work? Asked Hanks the other day when he visited. "Work is busy", said Susan."You are a work maniac", he said."How's my buddy?" he asked Oliver pointing to Miller. "He's absolute genius", he replied without looking at him. Miller as always checking some notes." I know, I know he's the capability, that's the reason I brought him here", he said patting Miller's shoulder. Miller glared at him.Susan saw that and got scared really.Those blue eyes turned red with angry. Unexpectedly, Miller caught Susan and she immediately turned her head. Miller stood and walked casually to her desk and pulled few other sets of papers and sat at his desk as usually noting the points. Every now and then, he looked at Susan but she didn't lift her head. 

After few days they got ready with their small experiment in their lab. "I think this works", said Miller."What makes you so confident about it?" Questioned Susan. She slowly changed her opinion upon Miller seeing his sincerity and hardwork. Recently she stopped contradicting his theories and always posing questions to get the right answers. But Oliver without any surprise always working in setting up the  experiment. They were good at adding right variables but some where they failed. Yeah, it's disappointment. To cover that up, Oliver went out to grab a drink where Hanks accompanied him. In the lab, Susan and Miller are seriously working, that means they were noting their failure and where the variables went wrong.

"Finally we are alone", said Miller breaking the silence. Susan jerked a bit with that strange voice since he added authority in it. She felt familiar and well known with this strange voice and his composure. "Do you mind if I help in what you're doing", he asked. "Miller! I think I need to leave", she said."Why are you in hurry Miss Walace?  Eventhough you love being called as Susan I will be happy if you acknowledge me for what I'm", he said strangely walking towards her. He crossed the room in couple of strides."I know you, but I'm not stupid enough to acknowledge someone who's in my dreams", she replied without looking at him. "What? Dreams?" He asked raising his brow."I'm stupid and I know that but tell me do you know me?" she asked leaning back.

I know you're Susan Wallace. If I'm not wrong you're a great scientist of your time but seemed to look stupid for believing someone dangerous he said leaning close to her. Really? Am I that stupid? She asked pushing him back with her index finger. Hmmn! you will realize once you know it. He said turning around. 

I don't get you Miller. All you do is confusing both theoretically and practically She said and walked out. Her tense posture can sense Miller's smirk. This must be the first time she found something strange about him.

Susan's POV : 

An old woman in hospital, lying helplessly. There was a young man sitting beside her bed holding her hand. "Go home", she whispered. "No", he replied. "Why again?" He said wiping the tears that are coming from the end of her eyes. "Please don't", he said again. Maybe she's his mother but the look in his eyes showed something more. "Why did you come to me? When my family are not interested to stay my side?" she asked.This proves that he is not her family. "Hope I can explain you everything. But you may call me crazy and mad", he replied. "No, I can understand as long as you don't surprise me", she said. Her voice is low and faint but her eyes showed liveliness. Those brown eyes and especially her mole on chin reminded me of someone. Since it is dim and dark, with that bed light beside them, I cannot get her complete features standing at the door. And that young man, he is completely turned so I couldn't see him at all. What am I doing here? And why I'm standing here? I thought. Where the hell is Oliver? I walked straight to the next corridor, but there is tight security around and they were not allowing anyone there. I was suddenly pulled by some one and I struggled loosing their grip but the voices around me sounded familiar. Especially Oliver, Susan.. Susan wake up! he screamed. When I opened my eyes I saw Oliver and  Hanks shaking me. "What happened?" They asked. I was... My head ached and eyes drooped. Oliver looked scared and immediately took me to hospital. I took rest for that day and headed back to the work by next week. Later I realized that it was all dream and I found missing. Hanks reported about my missing causing commotion. And I too found suspiciously unconscious near swimming pool.Maybe I was tired so I asked not to jump into any scenarios. They questioned me but I said I don't know because I have no idea about anything that happened and I would feel embarrassed if they know I was dreaming. Though it's just a dream, that old woman seemed familiar and real confusing me.

What nonsense? Why is he so intimidating? thought Susan. These days she was busy in documenting the space time geometry theories for better revision. This is the hardest job and she hates doing it. Can I help you? Is the line She's hearing recently from that strange guy. But 'No' is her answer, Even though she wish to throw the work on his face and ask him to finish before deadline. Hanks visits have becoming annoying these days thought Susan always boosting up the capabilities of that intern.

"Miss Wallace, Can you tell me the parameters we have to add here?" Asked Miller. "In addition to the three dimensions like X,Y,Z  we tend to use another dimension like K. But since we are proposing to test Ellis Wormhole theory we should go after spatial lensing",She replied. "Do you think we can believe that people travel from one dimension to another?" he asked raising his brow. "Obviously it would be like to another universe", Said Oliver. They were preparing themselves for an interview. It was arranged by Hanks friend not just for publicity but gaining interest of the sponsors who would like to support their experiment.

"Do you think it's necessary?" Asked Miller. "Yeah if we want to continue with our work", Said Oliver. "I told you not to involve me", Said Susan. "Please, Susan you need put on the show", said Hanks." I think she should not be involved since she's feeling uncomfortable", suggested Miller. "I couldn't stand those cameras and flashes.They will suffocate me", she said. "That's okay dear but you need to take this chance" he said. "When she's saying she don't you guys should leave her", said Miller in his unusual voice. They just stared at him but didn't say anything. "Miller .. Miller.." I called him when he's hurrying out and when I opened the door and looked out, he's no where to find. I should have ran after him but missed as usually.

Welcome to Live 5 News :

Today we have young scientists Mr Oliver and Miss Susan. Along with them his friend Hanks. Welcome to our studio said Mr Adwin who's interviewing them. 

Thank you, they replied.
You were known as science wizards, and your inventions prove that. Your recent prototype "The TIME TASTE- TTT 16 has put a good show at Elite Scientists expo held in Paris two months back.What do you feel about it? He asked.

That's true achievement for their intelligence said Hanks. We didn't expect that. We really felt honored to stand there replied Oliver. Susan didn't answer instead she rolled her eyes so that those flashes and focusing camera don't make her uneasy. 
Miss Susan, can you tell us about your experience? Asked Adwin." Susan!" whispered Oliver, "speak something", he added holding her hand. After a pause, "That's a great experience and I'm thankful for the members who gave this opportunity", She said nervously. 

"Great hearing that", Said Adwin."Can you tell us what The TIME TASTE-16 is going to be?"

Susan smiled for the question he asked. "Am I jumping into something? Actually our audience were really curious about that", he said stressing every word. "Of course, we would like to share what it is. But before that guarantee me that you ask all your questions which clears your doubts", she said smiling. She seemed to look better adjusting herself.
"Sure Miss Susan, when you are ready to answer us", He replied. Before that can we believe that your machine is going travel time? He asked. " Yeah, that's what we proposed", Said Hanks. "But how? We agree that there were articles and journals published but there were never tried to implement the cases they talked about", Asked Adwin.
"You are right, there are theories indeed. But there are some cases which is not scientifically proven which one will fail", replied Oliver. 
"So you were saying you were saying your model have good success cases? He questioned. "That's why I'm confident about it."
"Can you let us know more about it?"
"Sure, let me introduce my new team member",Said Oliver pointing at Miller who just arrived there. He's neither surprised not confused.He is good at analyzing the situation. When camera's focused him, he gave a fake welcoming smile and walked front. He sat beside Hanks and looked at her to check if she was okay. She gave just go ahead look because Oliver didn't say that he's going to introduce him to the public as their team but Hanks gave a surprising look.

"Welcome", Said Adwin greeting him.
"So you are the junior scientist, a new team member?" He added. Yeah replied Miller nodding his head.
"Miller, talk about prototype's synthesis and laws in brief", said Oliver.
"Sure Oliver if they are pretty well versed about quantum physics",he said smiling.
Woah, he is ruining it thought Susan.
"Travelling time, which is quite similar to travelling from one universe to another or one solar system to another is what we talking right now. Last two cases were easily proven by previous theories but time travel is been only in books. But recently with the experiments which are conducted on black holes given answers to all the questions", He continued.

"Do you think, your theories help?" Asked Adwin.
"There are some cases which are difficult to handle but we found solution",Said Oliver.
"That's good and we wish to see the machine soon", Said Adwin.

"By the way, can we have your name please?"Asked Adwin to Miller.
"I'm Simon Miller", He replied. Hearing that Susan heart skipped a beat.

"Why did you do that?" Asked Hanks to Oliver as soon as they stepped into the lab.
"I didn't expect that too", said Susan.
"I thought he needs to show up being the part of the team", Said Oliver without looking at them.
"Maybe but that's too fast. He's new and needs time to accept him as part of the team",  said Hanks.
"All these days, you behaved possessive about him and now you turned your back to that kid", Asked Oliver.
"I don't mean that. You guys are great at your work. And a guy who showed up a month ago can't take all the years of your hard work", Explained Hanks.
"I understand you Hanks. Though you guys were my juniors, I ended up with you not just because of your genius and supportive nature, it's because I trust and believed you as my friends and family."
"So you say that we can trust him?" Asked Susan.
"That's the reason I accepted him to work with us. Otherwise no way near my lab I would allow him to stand after what we we experienced last year", he said.
"It must be my mistake Oliver, to speak nonsense without understanding you", Said Hanks.
"Don't be. You have a point and I clarified",Said Oliver cheerfully.

Susan's POV : 

"Simon Miller... Simon Miller... Simon Miller" his name is echoing in my ears. I don't know the exact reason but I'm having strange dreams recently. That too, I'm ending up in strange places with strange people. Some times I convinced myself saying that it's due to stress but when the problem is getting more and more I fear it will end up as serious sickness.

"Excuse Me! Miss..." Said a voice behind me. "Are you looking for someone", He asked when I turned to him. "Yeah, I nodded. "Come with me", he said walking me to the downstairs. Being a tall and handsome he has a very blank expression and ready to kill look. Since when I started observing people I thought and checked where I ended up actually.It is a big place, maybe a hotel, I guessed when I found reception, attenders and helpers while walking through one of the corridoors.
"Where are you taking me?" I asked him doubtfully.
"Are you Miss Wallace?" He asked without looking at me.
"Yes, but how do you know me?" I asked him instantly.
"We were asked to bring you Miss Wallace. He's waiting for you", Said he.

HE..Who can that he be? I thought and without knowing I woke up and screened my surroundings and found it normal.Great, the dream ended up abruptly and me surrounded by Oliver and Hanks again.

But last time, something weird happened. I was suddenly pulled back closing my eyes and my hand behind. "Why are you here?" Asked that voice with strange authority in it.  "I .. I don't know", I replied grabbing a steady position without letting my tears fall out of fear.
"Really? Don't know? Did you see anything? Or did you meet anyone?" He asked in a cold voice.
"No..No", I replied with fear as if he breaks my hand if I delayed my answer.
"That's good", he said. "Don't come here", he whispered causing me shiver.  This time I couldn't control myself, my tears proved my vulnerability. "I cause no harm, in fact I protect you", he said kissing my cheek surprisingly."Mr Simon Miller, they are waiting for you", said a voice behind far from there. He jerked and covered me so that I'm invisible.

The name Simon Miller has become the real reason behind my nightmares.

"Congratulations! Screamed Hanks.  Rick company is interested in our work", he said."These days we have tons of luck I believe. It's happening", he screamed again.
"Calm down Hanks, Said Susan in her lazy voice."Where's Ol and Miller", He asked looking around. "They are busy discussing work and I'm bored of it", She replied.

"These boys will end up in assylum if they loose their sanity with relative physics", he said smiling with excitement."You don't start that again. It's happening for 2 days already", she said resting her head on the table lazily.

"Oh! let me guess how they react when I deliver this news", he said and went into Oliver's cabin.

"The thing you're mentioning here may not work Miller."
"Yeah, because it has only 6% chances to get what we want", said Miller. 
"Okay, we'll go with time dilation along with it we can consider what Susan proposed about relative equations", Said Miller.

"Can you guys come of it",Said Hanks.
"Two minutes please", Said Oliver and Miller didn't even bother to look at him.
"I have a good news for you", he said pleadingly."We already guessed that", said Miller.
"Great", said Hanks and went back.

"Creative head George from Rick company have called me. We have meeting this Saturday", Said Hanks later that evening.
"I think we should wait",Said Miller.
"You are junior and you know nothing about this", Said Susan.
"But I know more than you. We attend the meeting but let's wait for some more time Oliver because our prototype is not a simple thing and people believe you guys. And we should take this for the better of us.What do you say Hanks?" Asked Miller.

"But...", Interrupted Susan."Will you keep quiet", Said Miller. Susan, she didn't understand that moment. Why this guy is overpowering the situation, She thought.

"Miller, don't you think you are over reacting and involving too much in our activities", Said Susan. "Maybe you should learn to know how an intern must be", She added. "And never .. dare to speak rudely with me. Since it's the first time I'm excusing you and there won't be next time to bear your intrusion behaviour", She added atlast walking in front of his desk.

"Miss Susan, Maybe this is not the time to lecture me. You voice is disturbing since it is overbearingly seductive when you show authority he said leaving her speechless.


"I can't afford this", She said immediately. "Why don't you ask him to help us?" Asked Miller.Your brother Chad Wallace has good name in the industry and he is capable of sponsoring our project", he added pressing the topic back again."Because I hate him and to be frankly saying I can't put our inventions on his name", she said. "He's your brother, for one last time why don't you believe him", he said again."Why do you hate it so much?" Asked Hanks. "Don't force her Miller, we have our sponsors so there's no need for her to think about his brother, instead she should concentrate on the work I assigned. I think we need to prepare ourselves with presentation we are going to give the next month", he said."Really? Asked Miller in his surprising tone. I expect people to think lot about the consequences", he stated without any logic. Oliver asked them not to discuss anymore. "We do our best and let the sponsors find us", he said finally.

"Don't come here Mam", Said an elderly man around 40 years. "Sorry, I think I missed my way", replied Susan. "No, I guess. You were brought here on purpose but you are ending up in the wrong time at wrong place. Did you meet him?" He asked. "Why all of them ask the same confusing question? I don't understand whom you are talking about? All I know is this is just a nightmare which I want to end it", she said hastily. "Nightmares do come real. Do you believe that Mam?" He asked again. "Who are you?" she asked folding her hands. "That's good question which you need not know right now, all you should do is go straight and take left. The first room you go, you'll have your answers", he said. "What place is this?" She asked. "Mam, I already told you where to find those answers, so please... ",he said. Susan walked to the room which he suggested and on the door it was marked as STORE ROOM. There was no handle, nothing but when she gently pushed, it opened making squeaking sound. It was dim and dusty as she passed. She found strange things which are similar to the things invented by Oliver's enigma notes, baffling robot, mathe machine and few others were Susan's cross lid pen, memory cross contact, surprisingly the-lost prototype which failed successfully. Where Am I? She thought. Why all were here? And ... many questions popped up in her head. She was said that she can find answers but she was left with many questions. She felt shivers, when set of foot steps are hurrying in. President,I asked her to stay here said a voice which is similar to the man who spoke to her earlier. President, who is he referring to? She thought. Is he supposed to be president of United states and am I lucky to meet him, she felt funny to herself. She stepped onto something when she's going through somethings. She found some pictures there which are unreasonably to be theirs. That means She with Oliver and Hanks and beside them with banner congratulating for their works. But strange thing is she didn't remember when she posed to that pic and the year in that pic was ahead of them. She was confused and the same time she was surprised when she saw the next paper cutout. There she found Oliver and Hanks met with an accident. Luckily Hanks survived but unfortunately Oliver died.What? She thought. The next cutout is Hanks and herself posing and beside them was someone she don't remember. Next is a letter saying 'SAVE ME' in red ink. She threw those things since she felt fear, loss and sad and something scary. Because she didn't understand what all this about. Why she's getting strange dreams. She should wake up to end this scary dream but before that the door flung open and stood there a young man with a quite similar face. "Why are you following me?" He asked. "Me, What the hell are you doing in my dream?" She screamed. "No, don't raise your voice. You can scare the entire white house which is in next room", he said walking towards her. Oh! come on how can I end this dream she murmured to herself. "You cannot", he sad with a smile." I hate you and I hate your stupid smile", she said walking out but he grabbed her hand, pulled her closer. "You can't leave without my orders", he whispered close to her ears. "Oh! My", She said hearing his cold voice unable to recognize his motive.


It's strange dream, she thought stopping her ticking alarm which is on the next table. "How many times I told you to go home?" Asked Oliver. She jerked a bit hearing his voice. "Don't surprise me", she said."Mom Called you?" She asked raising her brow. "Yeah, she is worried and she is scared of leaving you alone in this scary lab", he said sipping some weird scented beverage from her favourite mug. "That's mine", she remarked. "Maybe but this is yummy", he said. "By the way, why are you screaming like that?" I was scared he said. "Really, Did I scare you? But I'm scared to hell", said Susan. "Having nightmares again?" He asked. "Yeah", she replied. "You are working too hard Susan, in fact you need to focus on your health too", he said. "I know, don't lecture me like my mom", she said."Is this the material you are working on?" He asked flipping the pages. "Those were the best of my research", she replied. "I know, I think I have work for you instead of this", he said gently."Quantum expressions? They can be best to work with", she said. "No, your work is to go home and rest for a week. I and Miller will work on this", he said. "Your notes will be useful to us", he added surprisingly. "Why are you outcasting me from this project?" She asked. "Because ... hmmn ..I don't really mean to do that but why that idea.. came to my mind is .. ",he continued blabbering nonsense. "Maybe she need rest", said Miller. "You, don't interfere in our conversation", she said turning to Miller. But she sensed a scent of authority. He looked casually but the smirk on his face said something else. "Oliver, I can take care of myself and moreover you need not depend completely upon new intern", she said glaring at Miller. "Susan, I know but take a day off atleast, you look weak and tired. You mom and your brother are worried about you", he said. "Brother? Why did you bother to mention him now?" She asked uneasily. "Don't tell me you contacted him for that sponsoring thing", she said. "I have nothing to deal with your family problems Miss Wallace, all I wanted is to our project to go on live", said Miller stiffly. "Miller, by chance do you know anyone with name Simon Miller?" she asked out of blue moon. He abruptly tensed and turned to Oliver."I'm curious because your name matches quite well with someone I know", she added. "Can you leave us both? We need to discuss something important", said Miller turning to Oliver. "Stop that", said Susan. Oliver immediately left them with a smile. "What are you upto? You are mysterious and sometimes scary too", she said raising her voice.He paced to and fro without listening to what Susan is saying. Maybe he's trying to form the words to start. "Miss Wallace!" he began." I prefer Susan", she replied folding her hands. "Susan, listen carefully. I'm giving you chances more than you think because I prefer having a long term relationship than to break up for one mere disappointment he said carefully choosing his words. She didn't understand. I'm here to introduce myself to your genius mind so I choose not to manipulate it", he added." I know you cannot understand what I'm saying but understand the context combining the situations that you facing", he said. "Miller! you didn't answer my question", she said. "Do you know any one with that name?" She asked again. "Why? Why are you curious about that name?" He asked sitting in front of her. "Just answer me, and by the way you need not know the reason", she said. "I want to know because I can't trust people by delivering personal information,he said. "I can google it and find it if you are not interested to tell me", she said. "Okay carry on but you will find bunch of people with that name but can never find that person", he said winking at her and mostly stressing about the exact person she wants to know. "Oh! My, he is unpredictable", she thought.

The next day Susan took a day off and stayed home to take some rest but all she did was googling to find any piece of information that she can gather about Simon Miller. The following day when she went to lab she found Hanks and Oliver discussing about something. "What happened guys?" She asked. "I think I missed your journal", he said. "Which journal?" She asked doubtfully. "The one you gave previous day", he said with a worried expression. "That one? Where did you miss that? And how come you are so careless?" Asked Susan. "Calm down Susan, I placed it in my cabin" he said innocently.       "That was my hard work", she said almost in a crying tone. "No worries, Let us ask Miller when he comes", said Hanks. I don't trust that guy she blurted. What happens if that one goes out. It has our prototype cheat codes also she murmured. Wait! I will register a complaint so that ....

"Hanks, that wont help", said Oliver interrupting him.  When they are debating what to do, Miller came with a bag. "What is that?" Asked Hanks looking at the bag. "That was my clothing and necessities", he answered. "Why? Are you going anywhere?" Asked Hanks. "Maybe he's running away with the secret codes", Said Susan. "What codes you are talking about Susan?" He asked. "Sorry Miller, she's angry about her missing journal", said Hanks calming the situation. "So, Is she implying that I'm the suspect?" Asked with an innocent face. "I hate that, that kind of innocent look don't suit you Mr Miller as if you know nothing. That day you were there.You saw Oliver taking it from me. And moreover, you can be possible suspect", she said pointing him. He jerked back looking at all those three faces. "Are you talking about the journal covered in in pink?" he asked with weird expression."Yeah, then you took away. For whom you are working with? " She asked."Then it is on the desk" said Miller. "Mine?" Questioned Oliver. "At her desk", said pointing Susan's desk. "Yesterday I saw in Hanks hand and he placed it there", he said. "Me? What are you talking buddy? I never touched their stuff until unless they show me", Said Hanks. "I'm not blaming you Hanks, I said that you placed there when you found that at the projector", he said. "Yeah, but I don't remember", said Hanks.

Miller, don't take it to heart said Oliver. Though she's brilliant, she sometimes act childish added Oliver trying to explain things. That's okay said Miller glaring at Susan. Let me treat you guys, for cheering up your mood said Hanks. I'm not coming said Miller. Please man, this is for you said Hanks. Susan, didn't bother to listen them but she is watching the three men. Though she mistakenly blamed Miller, she didn't feel bad for that because she doubted him for being suspicious.

"Are you out of your mind? Can't you apologize for your rude behaviour?" Said Oliver. "Don't lecture me Ol, I don't like that guy", said Susan."Who asked you to like him? I'm asking you to apolygize him", Said Oliver with a smirk."Stop that Oliver", said Susan feeling embarrassed. "Anyways you need to come with us", said Oliver not to make her feel more embarrassed. "You guys carry on, I have other plans", she said walking out.

"You look stressed dear", said Mrs Gloria, psychiatrist who is Susan mom's friend.
"Busy as usually", Said Susan.
"I heard about your prototype exhibition through papers, it's really amazing", she said.
"Thank you aunty", Said Susan smiling.
"Is it your general appointment? or anything else you want to mention?" She asked taking her file from cabinet.
"Be comfortable and talk to me. I promise that I will not let this out to your mother", she said.
"I just came to relax a bit", Said Susan.
"What do you mean by relaxing? Don't tell me you are skipping your sleep", she said resting her head back.
"I'm trying but nightmares....."
"Okay at least good to hear that", she replied.
"I'm serious, they were scary", screamed Susan.
"You mentioned that you are getting nightmares frequently? What are those actually?" Asked Mrs Gloria, observing Susan's file.
"I actually end up somewhere, meeting people,running and especially him which is scaring hell out of me", said Susan recalling them once again. 
"Dreams, usually happened to be like that. Meeting people, falling from heights, someone chasing, etc.Most of the times our fears do come in dreams when you feel stressed", she explained. "Maybe but I'm a science person so even though I try to understand myself I feel them real", said Susan. 
"Hmmn! Oneirophobia", said Mrs Gloria leaning in her chair. 
"Doc, I have Agoraphobia", said Susan correcting her.
"No, Susan, you have Oneirophobia, fear of dreams", she stated. 
"But I sleep for less time staying at lab and ......"
"That's what I'm telling you. Do attend couple of sessions from next week", She said writing some medicines.


Susan's POV :

Susan, you cannot understand my words but when you figure it out, you will be clueless. I'm here to set things, don't misunderstand me and let the things go out of your hands he said holding my hand. 
"Are you Simon Miller?" I asked him. In that dim light I couldn't figure it out his expression. 
A low chuckle emerged implying he's impressed with my question. "Simon Miller? Do you know who he is? Do you have any idea where you are? And whom you are talking to?" He asked. "Why are you so curious? What do you want to know about him?" He asked pulling a little closer to him. I tried pulling back, but he's so strong that he pinned me closer to him and spoke softly and very clearly. "Don't mention my name carelessly in this place. You may fall into trouble", he warned.

When I opened my eyes, Miller is watching me. Sly smile on his face is very irritating. What? I questioned. "Nothing", he said and smiled again. I will really go insane I thought.

Rick's company is not just a small thing. It has one of the top most pharmaceutical companies, automobile industries and mobile industries. Walking through those doors is great opportunity but their power and influence is not something easy to take. That is the reason Miller said them. But they need huge money to work on their experiment, setting it is itself cost few million dollars then working and conducting can result to spend a full inheritance.

"Welcome", Greeted George as soon as they entered.
"Thank you", Said Hanks and Oliver. Susan stood back of Oliver since she's nervous and uneasy. Miller stood beside her. "Calm down, you are showing your weakness", whispered Miller."I know but I'm feeling dizzy", she replied and she pulled medicines from her bag. "What is that? "Asked Miller. "These are anti-anxiety pills, which calms my senses instantly", she said.
"Not now", he said but couldn't speak since they entered conference room.

"Great to see you guys", Said Richart CEO of the company. "I'm glad you accepted us", he added. "Nice meeting you Mr Richart but I'm not sure about signing the deal with you", said Oliver politely."That's okay, when it's time we can collaborate but as of now I'm happy", Said Richart.
They seated immediately and Susan started presenting the work taking a deep breath.

"Since you have heard about our "The Time Taste- TTT 16, which is the time travelling machine is capable of travelling both past and future.This is similar to connecting life of two different dimensions in the universe.For this, We are trying to set an experiment similar to big bang therory", She said and distributed a hand copy to the people in conference room. "The interesting concepts in quantum physics and quantum mechanics are brought together with an equation where .... ",She continued. 

Everyone are listening carefully, everything she's detailing except Miller. Presentation went well. They also spoke about the cost estimation, and how much they are willing to spend, etc,etc.

This is exhausting said Susan lying her head on Oliver's shoulder. "Excuse me!" Said Miller immediately.She thought it was Oliver who is sitting beside her but it was Miller who is looking uncomfortably with her sudden gesture. "Sorry", she said and sat back."You must be", he said.

Actually, I have contacted Chad Wallace's secretary and grabbed an appointment with him  the next Tuesday said Miller. Why? Asked Hanks. Just to request for sponsoring our experiment replied Miller casually. We already discussed about that, so what's need in doing that hurting our Susan said Hanks. And Rick already said he will be throwing millions of dollars for our experiment he added. That's not the point Hanks, just try this once siad Oliver. Why are you suddenly on my side? Asked Miller. No particular reason he replied. All you need to do is convince Susan they said leaving Miller when Susan arrived. Where are you guy leaving? Asked Susan. Drinks! Said Hanks.

Why didn't you go? Asked Susan to Miller who is sitting there and thinking hard how to convince this stubborn lady. You are Pretty he said. What? She asked with confused expression listening that kind of comment from Miller. Beauty with brains is good combination but hard when something like stubbornness is added additionally he said walking towards her. Miller! She said. Shh! he said putting his finger on her lips not to speak another word. Your brother wants to meet us, and very interested to be part of our project he said softly looking into her eyes. Do you agree for that? He Asked. Yes? He said again wishing her to repeat that. She skipped a beat, and can't breath with his sudden intimidating move. Yes? He asked again. Yeah she whispered. That's good he said with a smile. Again, that devilish smile she thought. 


"She said Okay", said Miller to other men with excitement. "How?" Asked Hanks. "Did you threaten her?" Asked Oliver. "Similar to that", replied Miller. "Chad Wallace, one of the richest man have invited us to a party. He wish us to be there", said Hanks. "I didn't ask him to do this", said Miller. "But that's great", said Hanks. "Are we going too fast? Because we never intended to sell ourselves but one of these days we are after something", said Oliver. "We are not selling anything Oliver, we are just trying to get money for sponsoring our experiment. In fact they are coming after us for benefits", stated Miller. "I agree with you but.... "
"No worries, said Miller assuring him so that Oliver concentrate on the work. Tell me one thing, where do you live?" He asked."I .. I..",He stammered. "The other day I saw you with baggage and I found them here in recent days in the next room", he said. "To be frankly saying, I'm living here. Since I have lot to do, I have to stay back at nights..."
"Don't you have family? Are they not worried about you?" Asked Oliver cutting off Miller's explanation. "They are lot of people worrying about me. In fact, I asked my assistant Alfred to cover up for me" said Miller staring into space."What? your assistant?" Questioned Hanks. "Hmmn! Sorry guys, I was bit drunk", he said. "Okay, but pick Susan tomorrow", said Oliver and Hanks.

"I'm not coming", She said. "Please don't embarrass us", said Hanks. "I don't want embarrass myself in front of that idiot", she said referring to her brother. "We have half an hour, Miller will be coming to you", Said Hanks and hanged the call."Not that conceited idiot again", She said thinking about the other day.

"Are you ready? I will be there in 5 minutes", he said. "I'm not coming anywhere. You guys have fun", she said."Miss Wallace, don't you want to show off in front of your family?" He asked. "I know what happened between you and your brother, I was curious", he mentioned. "Prove him you are not a mad scientist and you enjoy life too", he added. " But, I'm not a person to enjoy such crowdy places she said almost giving up to her decision. "Hmmn! Don't mind that, I'll help you he said. "Almost there at your place, so please come out quickly", he said. "Sure", She said and hanged the call.


Susan's POV : 

Should I go? I thought. What if my mom embarrasses me in front of everyone. And this Miller, is too much. He is bossy and conceited. But why did I agree to go? I thought while getting ready. What if my brother insults me again? Why is he inviting us? What is the purpose? I thought.
I got ready wearing fluorescent green frock, wearing white bead set with black stilettos.I checked myself again in the mirror before leaving. He called me again, I didn't lift the call. Not because to show off but to take time to think. A knock on my door sent chills to me. He came already I thought and opened the door. There I saw a tall man, with grey hair and hazel green eyes. Who are you? I asked him. "I came to fetch you", he said. Immediately he was knocked on his head from back. I was Miller who did that. "Come with me", he said grabbing my hand. "What is that? Where are you taking me? Why did you hit that guy? I asked him hastily. "Get into the car and start the engine, I'll be back", he said and went back. I was scared thinking about the strange movie scene like thing that happened in front of my eyes.But I obeyed his orders and sat back what is going to happen. But curiosity never make me sit silently so I rushed in to check what is it all about. Miller is checking that guy's pockets. "Shut up", he said. We went to our lab immediately.

"Why are we here? I asked him. "Sit but don't speak a word", he said. "I need to talk to someone", he added."How mush time? I asked him. He found that amusing and smiled. "We are going to be late", I said looking at the watch. "Trust me, we can make it in time", He assured." He checked some files, and some files in his laptop."Can I help you with anything?" I asked."Yeah, but sitting off limits from me", he said.

"Why is he here?" He asked someone on phone. I don't know said the other guy. "He almost had her", he said. Did my brother sent that guy? She thought. "I want you to take immediate action", He said. I can let them run loose this time. When I'm here to change what happened, I can't sit still," he said. What does that mean? She thought. "Who is that? "She asked interrupting him."You don't bother about that. Sit still and we can go there in two minutes is all he said. Miller! Don't be obvious and I hate being ignored she said standing in front of him. "I know you hate being ignored, that's the reason I came all the way putting my duties and responsibilities away just for you", he said looking into her eyes. " I have a bad feeling", She said. "I saw you somewhere in a strange place. Your voice is scaring me", she said. He smirked and said maybe in your dreams. "Yeah, you are quite similar to Simon Miller. You guys relate each other I guess", she said. To that, he stiffened his muscle and said " I told you not to use his name when you please. Yeah that's you? She screamed. "Are you saying that I'm in your dreams?" He asked with quite amusing expression." Not in dreams exactly", She said rolling her eyes."Don't worry I don't let your secrets out", he said.She pushed him aside who is standing in her way. 

"You guys are late", Said Oliver. "I'm worried when you didn't lift the phone", he added. "Where's Hanks?" Questioned Miller seriously without answering him. "He's speaking to Mr Wallace", he said. "Check it", Ordered Miller. "They didn't find him anywhere. They searched the basements and cellars too. But couldn't find him. When they were about to report police, they got message from an unknown number saying that Hanks will be found in 52nd street of the town. Miller rushed there and found Hanks tied and brutally beaten up to hell. They took him and admitted in the hospital, it took two weeks to recover.
"Why don't we take break?" Said Miller. "Let's not bother about the experiment but concentrate on this", he said placing few documents in front of them. "I know that", She screamed in excitement. "How did we miss this?", Said Oliver. "I know it happens, so I brought some solutions to this", said Susan.

Miller is working separately with his own ideas. Susan is fully immersed herself with work whereas Oliver was invited as a guest lecturer in one of the prestigious university.
